No, my blog isn’t always about sweet vegetables, but I needed a little extra sweetness and grounding this week and decided to seek it in the form of one of my favorite squashes. I’ll post recipes as soon as I have a down minute, but for now, here’s a look at kabocha squash three ways.

Try this recipe from “A Decadent Conspiracy”. To make them gluten free, you can just use a gluten free flour mix like Bob’s Red Mill. These are pretty flexible, so you can experiment with the spices and flours (all whole wheat, all spelt, some of each, etc…)
