Carrot/Ginger/Onion/Hijiki/Yum.
1/2 cup of dried hijiki
1 cup warm water
2-3 carrots, diagonal sliced (~2 cups)
1 large onion
2 tsp grated fresh ginger (~1/2 inch)
2-4 T Tamari
2 T Olive Oil
